Forge Systems is run by Treyvion Ojeda in Austin, Texas. This page explains what information we collect on forgesystemsatx.com, why, and what you can do about it. If you have a question, call (512) 542-4826 or email treyvion.ojeda9@gmail.com.
What you give us
When you ask for a free preview, the form asks for your name, business name, email, phone, city and trade, and your current website (optional).
We use it only to build your preview, send it to you and talk with you about it. Your request is saved in our website's database, emailed to Treyvion, and passed to the automation service we use to keep track of preview requests (Make.com). To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled, one-way version of your IP address for a short rate limit. It can't be turned back into your IP address.
If you book a call, the booking happens on Google Calendar's appointment page, and Google's privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services named on this page, which help us run the site.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, so we can make it better. It records things like:
- the pages you view and how long you stay
- the buttons and links you click, such as the call button
- how far you scroll
- general information about your device and browser, and your rough location (city level, based on your IP address)
Google Analytics uses cookies (small files saved in your browser, such as _ga). We don't use it for advertising, and it doesn't receive what you type into the preview form.
- Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Opt out of Google Analytics on every site: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to see where the site is confusing or hard to use. Clarity records how you move through a page: clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement. It can replay these as a session recording and combine them into heatmaps.
What you type into forms is masked, so it is hidden from the recordings, and we never see it there. Clarity uses cookies (such as _clck and _clsk) to recognize a returning visit.
- Microsoft's privacy statement: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
- How Clarity handles data: https://learn.microsoft.com/clarity/setup-and-installation/privacy-disclosure
How to opt out
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our site doesn't load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity at all.
- Block cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works.
- Google's opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Private browsing or a tracker blocker also stops these tools.
Keeping or deleting your information
We keep preview requests while we're working with you or following up. If you want us to delete your information, call (512) 542-4826 or email treyvion.ojeda9@gmail.com, and we'll remove it from our records.
Children
This site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
